Our canapé & cocktail packages are a great addition to your event. All packages are available for parties that are serving 50 guests or more. 5% Discount applied to banquet packages with the addition of a cocktail hour package.

PACKAGE ONE

$11/person. Choose four of the following:

Mini Crab Tacos

Dungeness crab, avocado mousse, pickled red onion on a mini taco shell.

Sunshine Salad Skewers

Grapefruit, mini bocconcini, grape tomato, basil, raspberry balsamic reduction.

Chicken and Waffles

Breaded chicken bite tossed in bourbon maple syrup on a mini waffle, mustard caviar.

3 Cheese Bruschetta

With basil pesto, sundried tomato jam and balsamic reduction.

Mac and Cheese Skewers

Lightly breaded and fried and served with country tomato jam.

Italian BLT

Prosciutto rosette, evoo confit tomato, fresh basil, bocconcini and aged balsamic.

Feta Watermelon Skewer

Fresh watermelon, smoked salt, goat feta, mint chiffonade.

Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta

With mango salsa, topped with crushed tortillas.

Mexican Street Corn Fritter

Cast iron fried corn fritter topped with roasted corn, chipotle aioli, lime crema, cotija cheese and cilantro.

Crispy Pork Belly or Cauliflower

Slow-cooked pork belly cubes fried and glazed in maple, soy chilli sauce. Topped with microgreens, side of house kimchi.

Ahi Tuna and Watermelon Crudo

Ahi tuna, avocado mousse, watermelon relish and soy ginger glaze on a wonton crisp.

Devils on Horseback

Medjool dates pitted & stuffed with lemon dill cheese and then wrapped up with thick-cut bacon.

Fish and Chip

With beet habanero tartar sauce and fresh dill.

With mango salsa and cilantro crema.

Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Mini tart shell with chicken pot pie filling, piped with mashed potato, topped with chives.

Butter poached Atlantic lobster skewers drizzled with white chocolate tobiko sauce.

Short Rib w/Potato Truffle Puree

36 hour sous vide short rib morsel on top of a piped potato truffle puree, demi glace, shaved asparagus on a chinese spoon.

Grilled Pineapple and Sweet Chili Prawn Skewer

Three prawns grilled with Hawaiian pineapple and peppers, coconut cream drizzle.

Lamb Lollipops

Harrisa spiced with raita.

Prosciutto Wrapped Scallop
